CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Some of our most outstanding work is done through our Customer Service Reps. Our CSR's deal with the daily work in our print center and some of their responsibilities include printing customer products, lamination, cutting, faxing, copies, and etc. 

Production & Shipping Techs

Most of our products are printed by our Production crew and we wouldn't have a business without them! Our Production Tech responsibilities include printing all kinds of business collateral (business cards, flyers, brochures, etc), and basically all of our products we provide here at CopyTec. Our Shipping department puts the orders together for pick up or ships them to the required locations by the most economical route (UPS, Fedex, USPS or etc.) unless stated otherwise.

Graphic Designers

We are confident to state that we have some of the best Designers in the market and we would love to continue to grow our team! Our Graphic Designer responsibilities include designing templates for CopyTec products, make in-house marketing products, make CopyTec collateral, and most of all - help customers with any of their designing needs! We work with the Adobe suite, and we expect anyone that joins our team to have the basic knowlegde of those programs, especially in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. All of our Graphic Designers have an E-portfolio, therefore, it is a requirement to have one here at CopyTec.

Marketing & Sales Staff

We are continuing to grow and expand our horizons, and to do so we're always looking for great marketing and sales people to help us along the way! We want to let people know that we care about how their work is printed and that it be done in the most professional matter, so anyone that feels that they would work great with our team, give us a holler!
